- No. SecureLink works with the CCTV you already own. A single device plugs into your existing cameras or NVR and adds live AI detection and alerting — no rip-and-replace and no new cabling.
- What is an edge device, and why does SecureLink use one?
- An edge device is a small piece of hardware that plugs into your existing CCTV or NVR and runs the AI analysis on-site, instead of sending video to the cloud first. It means detection happens in real time, your footage never has to leave the building, and you are not paying to stream video off-site.
- How does SecureLink alert my team?
- The moment it detects an event of interest, SecureLink notifies the right people through the channels they actually use — a live web dashboard, email, SMS, and WhatsApp — with the clip, the camera, and the timestamp attached. Unacknowledged alerts can escalate automatically.
- Does my video leave the premises?
- No. SecureLink processes video on the edge device, on-site. Footage stays on your premises by default, which keeps it private and avoids consuming your bandwidth. Only lightweight event alerts are sent out.
